ALBUM REVIEW - LANA DEL REY - BORN TO DIE

Lana Del Rey's album is finally here. She has a magical voice, it isn't like mind blowing or powerful but its magical to me. Its a pleasure to listen to. Her choice of words have a lot to do with it as well & of course the editing is done very well. I just enjoyed the album from start to finish & yall already know I think she's gorgeous =] that makes it easier for me to enjoy the music knowing the face behind it is gorgeous...J/k. Ive already listened to this album about 10 times this week. Dont have a favorite song just yet .....I fucks with Video Games, Lucky Ones & Radio pretty tough but like I said the whole album is good minus the remix of Video Games, I wasnt feeling that one. GO COP HER ALBUM TODAY!

FANTASY LEAGUE BASKETBALL WEEK 5

Chris Bosh leads my team in scoring yet again but it just wasnt enough. Chris Paul missed a game or two & Rondo missed the entire week which without of doubt would have gotten me the victory. Oh well, im currently 3-2 now.

THE RISE OF UFC

The UFC has risen to a level that a lot of people that it wouldn't reach even after having the stats to show it was the fasting growing sport in the world. Now the proof is right in every body's face because the UFC has bought out some of the other organizations, imported some of the best fighters from around the world & air on prime time television like FOX. With all the talent they have acquired over the yrs.. the UFC can now air about 3 or 4 events a month; they are currently avg about 3 events a month already.

They have PPV, Spike TV, Versus, Fuel TV, Fox, FOX Sports & FX airing UFC events, reruns & behind the scenes footage leading up to PPV events. Dana White has to have one busy fucking life & has to be crazy to watch something that started off small, crumbled then brought back to life in such a major way & is becoming a global phenomenon & I say global because they are now gotten events lined up in places other than the UK & Canada. The UFC is really driven on the freakishly good champions they currently have. The UFC currently have 5 champions with a combined record of 134 wins with only a combined total of 11 loses & 1 draw between them all. None of those fighters have more than 4 loses on their record. They have amazing fights & they are on crazy win streaks right now which makes the UFC all the more exciting to watch. Ohh & they're actually bringing a new weight class in "Flyweights"

I'm excited !! The smaller they are the more energy they have & the more energy they have the more exciting the fights are.

So after getting hurt & having a long lay off then getting hurt again, then having to take care of a lot of things with my life & being just plain busy I am officially back to skateboarding. I feel like all distractions are gone & I can refocus myself. Today I only skated for an hr. because it was hot as fuck & my stamina just isn't where it was a couple months ago, so I have to get that back in order but none the less today's skate session was awesome. With all the time I missed I still had consistency with my tricks & basically ran my board to the ground as you can tell by the big chunk broken off the tail. Can't wait to go skating tomorrow.

It is quite sad.

I don't trip off people having to get it how they can but when your whole attitude changes & become stank & different than the one I met you with then I cant fuck with you. Also booty modeling, video vixens & other forms of dancing such as gogo & belly dancing have become another escape route for females. Like none of that shit was on their mind until it was time to grow up & starting fending for themselves so they take an easy money right. I look good, I have a nice body, let me make money off of it. You were girlfriend material but now you're holding your titties while your ass is out in some video or in some semi good quality SLR photos for some unknown online blog or magazine. Like it will be some tasteless photos, no direction, no true art to it. But hey its money.

THIS. WAS. LIKE. THE. BEST. BATTLE. EVER. I wish it was 3 rounds so I could feel comfortable choosing a winner but as it stands now its a definite tie cant pick a winner you just have to call it a classic & leave it at that.
Great performances by both. I didnt think Ill had it in him but mannnnnnnn he on some top 5 shit right now.

A lot of people ignore this issue that I'm about to address right now because to the people doing their thing they really don't notice it but to an observer like myself I do. What I'm talking about is all the hate thats going on in the skateboarding industry. IT MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE that all these people that skate & people who don't skate insist on spreading so much hate through the skateboarding community. Its bad enough we have to deal with cops, security & employees at certain spots hating on us but people in our own community? Thats just fucking ridiculous. Go to youtube & you can see just how much hate is being spread around. Like if you don't like the skaters style of skating why are you even watching their videos & leaving bullshit. Its almost as if they want every skater to be perfect or every skater to skate like the style they like which is retarded. Even at skate parks people show up & hate on the next guy trying to practice or even pros & ams when they are there just skating or doing a demo. WE MUST PUT AN END TO THIS HOE SHIT. 

No skater should be hating on any other skater. 

ALBUM REVIEW - SCHOOLBOY Q "HABITS & CONTRADICTIONS"

I know I'm super late but I fucks with this album very much. Minus the song with notable features this is an awesome album. Each song is good, great production & schoolboy brings a unique flow of aggression & creativity but still keeping most topics hood as fuck. I feel like I can listen to this album for a week straight with no issues. I really like the chemistry between him & Asap Rocky, If they did a collaboration mixtape id be hyped on it. Go cop it if you haven't.

MIXTAPE REVIEW T.I. "FUCK DA CITY UP"

I thought T.I. was getting back to the old T.I.? I just wasnt feeling the aggression in this one. I feel like he's still being a little timid with the flow. Maybe with the new show & all hes watching what he says? I definitely didnt like the the majority of the beats, the features were horrible =/ im expecting a lot more from the album & hoping this was just a shaking the rust off type of deal. I think it was 18 songs on the mixtape I only liked 6. You can afford to skip this one folks but at the same time I have to say go show support to T.I. or maybe show your support by watching his show on VH1 its actually pretty.

After a bazillion mixtapes he has finally released an official album titled "Live From The Kitchen" After listening to the January 10th mixtapes I started to think the album might have been not so good but it was definitely a solid project, he talked that same shit hes been talking on his mixtapes, that same shit ive been liking for all these yrs. I was also surprised at the dope beat selection. Also the features with Rick Ross, 2 Chainz & Jadakiss were really good too. Go cop his album.

Why would you even date someone that makes you feel like you need to snoop through their shit & be in their phone? If you don't trust me, don't date me. Of course I look like a bad guy being protective over my phone but damn it is MY PHONE can I cling to my little bit of privacy I have in the relationship? Also at the same time I don't give zero fucks about knowing the pass code to a woman's phone. I really need to know exactly what people expected from this movie? There has been so many exorcism movies & this one followed along the same foot steps of the other. Some people were mad it was a documentary -_- seriously ? You mad at the ending? what ending did you expect ? everybody leaves safe & live a happy normal life & nobody gets hurt?  Now even though I dont think the movie was horrible I wouldnt suggest you go see it, wait for the dvd.

I thought Richy was joking in the first round but he was really choking. So that's an automatic L for round 1. I'll give Richy round 2 &  X-Factor's round 3 was classic. Richy got owned like never before. Like Richy really has really battled some of the best & is still looked at like the wash boy smh & X-Factor broke down why. Like Hitman, Yung Ill & Calicoe moved on to be considered to tier. Richy isnt close to getting a main event.

2-1 win for X....idk who he could possibly battle next though.

MOVIE REVIEW - THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO

I definitely enjoyed this version just as much as the original. I actually like this one even more because of the ending. I love how they switched shit up in the entire film. Well at least key things so that I didn't feel like I was just watching the original again. If you haven't seen it I suggest you go see it, its worth every penny. Daniel Craig is an awesome actor.......like I say "Daniel Craig don't do no duds" Also Rooney Mara did a good job. She played the perfect weirdo, psychopath, gothish, been through a lot, just don't give a fuck type of woman. This movie isn't action pack its more thriller mystery style type of film. I love the way it was shot, the scenery, the minor details, subtle gestures & things from Daniel Craig.
