Hailing out of Mississippi, by way of New Orleans, Pelérin (commonly known as Jay Pell) is a 19 year old
up and coming artist from the arising hip hop collective, That Feel Good. Pell is set to release his upcoming
E.P., "Ocean View" on May 22nd. Although influenced by musical greats Tupac and Jimi Hendrix, Pell draws a lot
of his inspiration from women, and life in general. "Most of my songs are deep introspections into my character
and stories about battles I have with myself. I place concepts with all of my mixtapes/freealbums/E.P's," says the
very bohemian Jay Pell. Pell does many shows in the Starkville area, and soon hopes to embark on a multi-city tour in the future.
He just recently opened up for Bad Boy recording artist, MGK, this past February. When Pell isn't spending countless hours in the studio,
