Adele premiered her official video to Some One Like You which is one of my favorite songs off of her album "21" but I'll be honest & say that I am not feeling this video at all. I feel like it was such a lazy & lackluster approach to shooting this video. Almost as if nobody who gets paid to come up with concepts for videos sat down & thought of any concepts for the video. One I don't feel like Adele should have been singing a lick of her lyrics in the video, it looked uncomfortable. Two that whole walking around glaring into the empty shity shit wasn't enough to sell me on the emotion shes feeling. I think shots of their break up, him being with the new woman all happy would have made the video a lot better. Show the awkwardness of seeing someone you still want to want you all moved on & happy.

I wonder if anybody is noticing the very tiny tiny bit of progress in videos far as editing goes. For all my videographers out there I have muchos respect for you because editing & putting together videos is really hard but im taking it serious i've already made 3 videos in the past week. Im really trying to get into the art of it just because I want to.
DREAMS OF THE 30 PLUS
Last Sunday I saw an extended commercial for Simon Cowell's new show or should I say show he has brought over to the U.S. with this little 13 yr. old girl singing & she actually had a good voice & I decided I was going to check it out. Two day premiere 2 hrs each day. Wheeww it was a whole lot of singing. The main thing that stood out to me was that there was a lot of people 30 + trying to take shot at becoming a star. Now as much as I believe in following your dreams & never giving up, it hurt to see those people that old with actual singing skills trying to make it big or even small off a reality TV show like that. I'm like damn WTF have you been doing all this time? Even though I fully understand how life works sometimes shit happens & shit doesn't go as you expect it to go but for some reason I just feel like none of them really ever tried to make something of their talents. Now they're 30 plus trying to make it happen. Now I'm looking from a judges perspective & I wouldn't want to be signing anybody 30+ yrs no matter how good they are. Like I don't want 10 yrs out of you I want a good 20 something yrs out of you. The money is in the young'ns. But even with that being said id never tell somebody they're too old to go after a dream of theirs.
MOVIE REVIEW - KEVIN HART - LAUGH AT MY PAIN
Yes I know im late on this but who cares the movie was only 50 minutes any way. You know what sucks about watching someones stand up? Its feeling like you've already saw them perform those same jokes before. And thats what I felt like watching this. Yes it was funny but not hilarious. Once again I feel like I was expecting too much; especially compared to his last stand up "Seriously Funny" I know most of you that are fans have already seen it but I just said fuck it & shared my thoughts on it any way. Im still excited to see his next stand up. I just need to stay away from any footage of him in the near future so I wont hear the same material.

ALBUM REVIEW - J.COLE - COLE WORLD: THE SIDELINE STORY
Honestly as much as I like J.Cole I don't like this album. Like I really cant stand the hooks, the beats are so so. Far as lyrics go they were there I like the set up & structure of most of his shit but when it came to the hook he would lose me. Then I wouldn't want to hear the 2nd or 3rd verse. It was so disappointing. There was only 3 songs I for sure liked: "Rise & Shine" & "Mr. Nice Watch" & "Can't Get Enough" I think most of his fans will enjoy the album so be sure to cop it, I personally was expecting a lot more but I guess that's my bad.
MOVIE REVIEW - DRIVE
I was excited to see this movie even though I'm not a big Ryan Gosling fan. But I'm always interested in seeing an actor or actress play in a uncommon role for them. We're all used to seeing him in these romances or just being the ladies man. This movie he actually had to be the bad ass. In my opinion he pulled it off; very calm, he was a nice guy but also had some evil in him. He did some guys real fucked up in the movie. It was actually some gory ass shit. Ryan was intense, movie had a lot of awkward moments though, a lot of blank stares, a lot of deep stares. The movie is really slow & it actually doesn't have that much driving. I was expecting to see a couple sick driving sequences but there wasn't any; they were all basic. I also wish they would have explored the evil in the character Ryan Gosling was playing just a little more. Maybe a few more kills would have done that. Over all the movie is good, has a lot of dope city shots of L.A. & a weird but good soundtrack; I'm actually going to look for it after I post this.
Between Lion King & Straw Dogs of course Lion King is top choice, I haven't seen Straw Dogs yet but if you have patience & like Ryan Gosling you should definitely watch this movie but it can wait until next week.

Now that i've decided to start vlogging again I figured I needed to step my editing skills up. Usually I just do my shit all the way through no stopping no fancy shit. But im over that now. If you saw my last vlog then you saw I added music, slow motion, fast motion, repeated clips, some cutting of spaces just to kind of make the video a little better. The better I get with this editing program the better the videos will be & keep your attention. I realized it's kind of hard to just watch someone sit there & talk for almost 10 minutes. With added effects im hoping to keep my readers SPECIALLY my loyal readers happy. The readers that constantly asked about my videos & if I was ever going to bring them back & how much they missed them.
Today I wanted to get some practice in so I just recorded a sticker & some bottles on my fridge & here is what I did.

TRUE BLOOD SEASON 4 REVIEW
Whewwww, what a season right?
So I should start off with my thoughts about the season overall. I honestly felt like this was a solid season, started off good with the first 3 episodes but then got a little flat with all the story build up from episodes 4-8 but the climaxing that happened through the course of episodes 9-12 were beautiful. The overall acting of the show wasnt at its best this season. Wasnt ever too fond of the whole witch idea either. A lot of the side characters stories did nothing for me, none the less the writers & producers still did a good job. I liked the fact that Bill was king which gave him some kind of power to match up with Eric & the fact that it's so much more to his back story to get him where he is today.
I was surprised how earlier they sprung the amnesia on Eric but I figured it was for the build of his & Sookies relationship. I liked the fact that he was able to remember his time with Sookie & the fact that even with his love for Sookie & being all sensitive he was still a BEAST. Sensitive Eric ripped somebody's heart out with no hesitation; then Eric with his memories back ripped a guys heart out & drank the blood out of it like it was a smoothie (Which was hands down one of the top 10 scenes of TV history)
Let me get into some more character / scene breakdowns & thoughts.
Luna is fucking gorgeous.
I liked that Sam has been more of a MAN this season. Wasn't so much of a nice guy he had his moments where he got beast a little.
Hoyt character annoys me but the break up scenes between him & Jessica were genius
Tara character is also an annoying one & my dreams finally came true with her being killed off but I must admit that scene was fucked up. Then they let Sookie blow Debbie's brains out from point blank range out of rage for killing Tara.
My poor Pam :/ Eric went hard on her & now shes pissed at Sookie & probably will like to kill her. I'm interested in seeing how & if her & Eric will have an relationship.
Bill & Eric tag teaming at the end against Nan was awesome, I like when they work together in viciousness. Like I was really hoping Bill, Eric, Jessica & Pam got a chance to go into the witches spot & murk people they all have that evilness in them to get reckless & fuck some shit up.
I though Marnie's character sucked, I liked that she really posed a threat to the vampires but she was just as annoying as Mary Ann. That whole spirits shit was lame as fuck with Gran & Antonia.
THE KING IS BACK!!!! King Russell is returning to fuck shit up I wonder who got him out, who else even knew?
Also Steve Newlin is back if you remember he went missing & he's a fucking vampire!! No telling how he's feeling about that.
I can only imagine the craziness of season 5 with Bill & Eric possibly being on the AVL & Authorities hit list, King Russell is back you know vengeance will be on his mind; other vamps knowing about Sookie's fairy shit not to mention shes actually learning how to summon it.
& now the yr. waiting game begins.

- Why is it that strippers cant accept the fact that their profession will forever come with negative stereotypes & assumptions.

This is clearly one of O-Reds best performances ever. THIS, is the O-Red that I started off liking. Not that choking, bitching about the crowd O-Red. This battle he was completely savage, complex bars & a complete destruction of his opponent.

MY TOP 50 TV SHOWS 5-1
Now through this whole countdown I never wrote about why any of the shows were ranked the way they were ranked or why I even liked them because I felt like it would be unnecessary to explain. It's all based on my own personal likings & not so much of an universal argument of what is the best TV shows out because then I would have to factor in so much more.
#5. Misfits
Even though this show only has 2 short seasons under its belt, I love this show to death, watched the 2 season back to back 3 times & laughed hysterically each time as if it was my first. A show about some young adults getting powers during a weird storm sounds crazy right? But I'm into people getting powers & such so I said fuck it I'm going to check it out & come to find out its a pretty explicit show, cursing the sex & a lot of violence. It has suspense to it because you never know whats going to happen & if what happens is actually going to stay that way because one guys has the power to turn back time. The MAIN thing that's going to suck about the upcoming season is that one of the main characters & hands down the funniest character of the show will not be returning. I definitely think the show will take a dip depending on who the replacement is.
So many different characters all funny in their own way completely hysterical all together & so much dry humor on this show. The boss & main character Micahel Scott played by Steve Carrell is officially done with the show so it will definitely be interesting to see how the next season plays out without him. But at first I had no interest in this show because I don't really like Steve Carrell as an actor didn't know of anybody else besides Jenna Fischer & Ed Helms & of course Rashida Jones after watching previous seasons but I really didn't get into this show until season 6 & I watched that off & on but watched season 7 faithfully & decided fuck it, lets go back to day one& completely fell in love with the show it targets my type of humor specially the camera looks they give, I have a thing for shows that allow them to awknowledge that theres a camera there.
Another show I thought nothing of the first time around watching bits & pieces of a few episodes totally not interested. And the only reason I knew of the show is because of one of my friends that watches it faithfully. I was over there chill'n of course it was on & the episode playing actually pulled me in and I was only pulled in because I was extremely curious onto how & why his wife was killed, how did we get to this point? So I had to start from the beginning I watched seasons 1-4 & I was amazed. Such good acting by Mr. Michael C. Hall, just the perfect portrayal of a psychopathic, emotionless, serial killer. The show is so complex & will have you holding your breath in anticipation & worry. The idea of bringing this to TV was just genius.
For a longggggggggg time this was the number one show in the world to me. This is the show that made me realize just what type of humor I liked. People would always be like WTF you like Seinfeld that's a white people show, its corny, its dry; yada yada .....cause when this was on Martin was its competition basically & when I was younger I watched Martin & had no idea who Seinfeld was but after the show had been canceled & I started watching reruns & would damn near be in tears laughing I realized I was making a mistake back then by sitting there watching Martin when I could have been watching Seinfeld. The situations they get into & how they handle them is soo bizarre & it's what made the show golden to me. Specially when I could picture myself in some of those situations making some of the same decisions.
#1. TRUE BLOOD
Once again another show I initially thought was a horrible idea, I was thinking who would watch a show like this but 4 seasons in & to me it's the best fucking show ever. & mainly because it appeals to my imagination, it has soooooo much going on, well directed, the actors are amazing, the show gets better each season, always new characters being introduced, It's a whole different world.
