After about a Yr. E-40 is back with two more disc ...last yr. you got the day shift & the night shift this yr. you overtime shift & graveyard shift. 20 tracks a piece so you know im loving that fact about it ....because i hate when artist come out with just 13 songs all the music you recorded you could have added some more songs & for 40 water to drop 40 songs thats tight & i respect his grind for that.

We all know what to expect from 40 & you get what you expect, i liked both albums graveyard shift a lil more than overtime shift as the numbers show i liked

16 of 20 on the Graveyard shift & 12 of 20 on the Overnight Shift

he touches various different topics on both albums in the way that only 40 water can, you definitely get the knocking beats you look forward to hearing & the catchy ass hooks, definitely worth the money.

The buzz with these guys is insane! I've listened to a few of their/his songs and I just don't know what to make of it. Thats is dope that my lil ol opinion is valued so much in the world ^_^ thanks for being a frequent reader as well.

Now me personally i like Tyler The Creator .......the whole crew though?? ehhh not so much .....its no mystery that the lyrical content is super advanced or super clever .....its more evil, in your face, raw shit .....its like when eminem first came on the scene & he was going hard on everybody talking about the devil, killing women, saying faggot allot, & all his madness & it was like whoahh WTF is going on .....nobody ever gotten it served to them raw like that before ...at least no on a mainstream level ........& with ODD FUTURE its like fuck ! these are young black kids so its even crazier when you hear it. The way they rap is a hate it or love it style .......either you fuck with it or you just cant.

Allot of people dont think the hype is deserved but people need to understand you cannot deny a good fan base ...like people are mad at lil b's success ...but why? you mad because he found a lane that works & theres people out there actually feeling his shit.......people forget how hard lil b has actually been working to get where he's at now ....i mean he had a myspace music grind ......over 200 myspace music pages just to get his music out there online replying to fans even if it was copy & paste.

ODD FUTURE has a lane & its working for them. All it takes is to be nationally televised just once & your stok goes way up ...i went from getting on tumblr & rarely seeing them to every day i see 5+ post about them on my dash.


Back to the skills, Tyler has a unique voice & delivery so when he raps it feels legit, they have great shows the energy is legit they do shit like all age events which only helps the buzz.......Tyler is a character himself ...people like a character ....just i dont give a fuck this is me .......

& if you have paid attention to how america is thats what we love .....we love the super goodie good good people & we love the raw i dont give a fuck type people thats in your face ......

Far as videos go the Yonkers video was dope ...i havent watched any other music videos to really give a judgement on that ......i'm not checking for them like that but if its there i will click on it

How far their careers will go? I have no idea ......The music industry is fucked up you never know things will work out for artist ........their type of music leans towards the younger crowd ......which is a good thing because they show more support & will end up being more loyal .....they will have a better success rate gaining new fans of people 25-26 & below than 27 & up in my opinion.

MOVIE REVIEW - SUCKER PUNCH

I was very excited about this movie for a while now ....since last yr. when i first saw the trailer i just new this was going to be amazing visually .....which it was, the special effects were crazy, the girls were hot & kicking ass. The only thing i didnt like was the story, it had potential to be a lil better the attempt at the mind fuck switcherooo was pretty good could have been executed a lil better. Also it was way too much slow motion, it was allot of scenes that would have been better if it was in real time or maybe sped up just a lil, now that would have been exciting & dope to see. Im a little on the fence about this 1, i might need to see it agan but for everyone else i do suggest you see this just to appreciate the action & special effects.

Chris Brown's F.A.M.E. album should have been labeled L.A.M.E. ….i know his die hard fans are going to hate me for this one but i just wasn't feeling the album at all theres a couple cool songs like the song she aint you using MJ's human nature sample is cool & up 2 you but other than that i couldn't get into the other songs.

Burr Burrr you know what to expect from gucci & you get that ….couple speaker bangers, slurred raps, flossing & dope talk. If you fuck with Gucci then you will be satisfied with this album 

Pusha is still getting the coke raps out of his system, which made the mixtape like blahhh but there were some cool songs on there. He has so much potential so i kind of expected so much more just because im big on mixtures…i care more about mixtapes than albums. Hopefully YE really gets hands on with his album & bring out the greatness we have all been waiting & hoping for.

Wooooooooooo thee best album i have heard this yr. from start to finish. All of the songs are really good i didn't skip any tracks. I wasn't expecting that at all it was a pleasant surprise for sure, it will be getting heavy rotation for weeks to come.

After numerous conversations with people from different states that have come to visit L.A> i have come to the conclusion that allot of people do not like LOS ANGELIANS yeahhh i just made that up.

Apparently we're snobby, we try to hard to seem hollywood, we have too much city pride, too much crime & we don't have good people skills.

Now I love L.A> i think its the greatest city, hence me always putting ">" after the A when i abbreviate Los Angeles, therefore i will always have a bias opinion about L.A>

now with that being said that doesn't mean i would go to another city & complain the whole time about how its so different from L.A>, how much better L.A> is & constantly how I'm from L.A> to everybody. 

I honestly would try not to mention it as much as possible & i have tremendous pride for my city but that's the type of stuff that makes us look bad when we travel......theres nowhere like L.A> so its pointless to go anywhere else & constantly blab about the differences.

With people from other states i just feel like its no in between with them its either they hate it or love it which is fine with me i can careless how they're liking L.A> but allot of them come in with bias opinions as well & being too filled up with the hype & images they see on TV & read in magazines because celebs are always in L.A>

With women they always want the selection of guys to be sooooooo different from what they are used to which they end up being but they still don't like them all they do is pluck & pick at stuff to complain about

& honestly it stayed in the middle of the spectrum i was disappointed nor pleased with the movie ...the story had so much potential to be good but they didn't really do a good job of explaining who or what he was or where he was from a flash back would have been cool its like they just threw a super hero at us with nothing to really go on

the powers they had made for good action i, i liked the visual effects ...couple of corny annoying things through out the flick like the girl that showed up at the end her lines were corny, the football player was corny, the villain was corny & whack & the lil love story they sprinkled in was corny as well

i wish they would have went in a slightly different direction & they probably could have had a good movie & had room for a sequel  but hey I'm not a writer or director so i cant talk too much

overall I'm going to give it a C+ & not worth the trip to the movies ....catch it as a rental
