Would you like to be part of The “Who Are You?” Project?
This project is brought to you by TOAN Magazine& Beauty, No Beast. We are joining forces to promote positivity through individualism. Everyone is someone & every positive goal you set & achieve for yourself or for your community is putting positive energy into our society.
Everyone who participates in this project will be asked to submit a 30 second video answering the question, “Who Are You?” Within that answer, make sure to let us know how you are contributing to the flow of positive energy today. The video does not need to be professionally made, we are even accepting videos from your camera phone! We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to participate so we are holding a casting in Los Angeles for those of you that would like one of our collective’s videographers to film your 30 second clip.
Keep in mind that we will also be holding competitions for most creative and unique videos, & also those with the most views. If you schedule a appointment to attend our casting, feel free to dress up, bring props, or write out a script for your 30 second clip.

MOVIE REVIEW: "THE GREAT GATSBY"
I did not read the book so I actually went into the movies with no set idea of what I wanted to see & what to expect. I purely wanted to see it for the visuals and Leo perform. The film definitely didn't let me down visually but as far as performance I felt like they could have let the actors be more serious. I felt like the acting was a little too dramatic & some what of cartoonish? Just something about the dialogue didn't really do it for me. Absolutely nothing quotable or memorable said but Gatsby constantly saying "Old Sport" which didn't play well with his character.
I was a little upset that it was a big love story even though that was the main point he was doing it all for love but it didn't take us deeper into his journey through all the shay stuff to acquire all of that, but I guess that was done to keep the mystery. I felt like t would have been interesting to know though, the clueless stupidity of Daisy was quite irritating. She was torn between a man she couldn't stand any more, who also cheats & a man that did everything he did for her.
Ohhhhh, & let me not forget the music. I have no problem with modern day songs being in movies based in a later time as long as the actual lyrics being played aren't modern day references. I didn't have an issue with the newer music being played because it was meant to have an older feel but the Jay-Z songs should have not been in the movie at all....once again I say "AT ALL" it was painful to listen to in that setting.
Overall the movie is worth watching if you never read the book because visually its well done but if you read the book I have a feeling you might no like the movie so much.

Ars is very hard to deal with because he doesnt fumble, hes agressive as fuck & hes disrespectful.

JAMES BLAKE "OVERGROWN"
This was my first time listening to James Blake, I heard a lot of good things so I figured i'd check him out. I was pleased with his sound. He has an awkward voice in my opinion but I like the dark feel I get from his songs.

J. Cole sneaks up on us yet again with a random track and then releases an EP right behind it. This one hits a lot harder than the first EP titled "Truly Yours" which was released earlier this yr.
This EP Cole showcases his producing skills and slick wordplay that fans always loved about him.

MOVIE REVIEW: IRONMAN 3
I was really excited to see Ironman three, I was convinced that it was going to be the best one yet but I was sadly let down. The movie was funny but it lacked the action I was looking for, they didn't get into depth of the villains powers & how they came up with it & what it does, the pros and cons, the ending was absolutely horrible & didn't make any sense. War Machine was barely a factor, none of the other Avengers were in this movie yet they talked about the events that took place in Avengers, everybody's acting was below avg except for Robert's. All the multiple suits and him controlling them was just blah. The movie was really all over the place and not something I would recommend any non comic fan to go see, as a comic fan you have to see just to know for sure but for everybody just dont bother.
